Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

All bespoke and personalised items can take up to 14 working days for creation before shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke signet rings or any personalised engravings are strictly non-refundable.
Custom-made jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

4. Repairs & Guarantee

All our jewellery is guaranteed for craftsmanship. If your piece breaks due to a fault in workmanship, we will repair it free of charge.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
